Janice returns from a summer off to find some of her models leaving the agency. She holds an open casting call for replacements and 3,000 people show up.

53 models (out of the 3,000 auditioned in the last episode) are called back and some get chosen for the agency. Also, Janice and Peter try to resolve their communication problems.

The new models and the old models face off. Meanwhile one model is faced with a huge decision in this cliffhanger episode.

The models fly to Portland to be ring girls for the International Fight League.

While some of the models get "tuned up", another admits to dating a client.

Models work for Hardcore Watches, and Sandi Bass has a great opportunity for one girl and one guy.

Models do photo shoots and castings for aussieBum, Visions Magazine and Dragonfly Clothing.

A deal with a major client goes south and the guys hit Catalina Island for a photo shoot.

The guys party it up before an underwear photo shoot, while later, the girls do the same before a lingerie shoot, and a car accident sends one person to the hospital.
