The islanders of Sløborn, including newly pregnant 15-year-old Evelin.

As Evelin struggles with her pregnancy, more and more people are succumbing to the sickness, the origin of which policeman Mikkel begins to question.

As outsiders and insiders begin to gather on the island, and personal lives grow increasingly complex, the first casualties of the virus appear.

As a state ordered pandemic commissioner takes charge of the island, cracks in the islanders' relationships begin to show.

Herm and Evelin scheme against and betray their parents in the name of love, but this leads to further disaster as the virus claims another victim.

As Mikkel loses his handle on the island and people ignore the restrictions, events begin to spiral out of control.

After Evelin confesses her pregnancy, she is found to be resistant to the virus, which leads her to a mainland hospital and a shocking discovery.

What can one say? This does offer some much needed perspective on the relatively mild Covid-19. Very well done. Outstanding show, and a true embodiment of governmental over reach.
