Gene tries to help an old friend fend off attacks on his freight line. When the old man is murdered, Gene tries to help his son keep the company solvent.

Gene reluctantly agrees to help Pat throw a scare into an obnoxious eleven-year-old boy by staging a stagecoach hold-up, but two disgruntled ranch hands take advantage of the situation by actually robbing the stage while disguised as Autry and Buttram.

A father-daughter team of crooks tries to grab the Flying M Ranch for the oil contained under the property.

Afraid of being searched while he was in possession of stolen gems, Doc McCoy hid the jewels in a chicken's feed trough. Later, Pat refuses to sell his prize chicken to McCoy, so the villain resorts to chicken rustling.

An escaped convict convinces Gene and Pat that he was framed for murdering the town's old sheriff. With the help of the judge who convicted him, Gene gathers evidence against the murdered man's former deputy.

Three outlaws use crazy Jim Decker's home as a base of operations for their robbery's.

A banker and his scheming daughter try to run a stagecoach line out of business so they can take over the lucrative business.

Gene and Pat are puzzled when a reputable townswoman tries to prevent a carnival from giving a show in town.

After a series of robberies, the town sheriff is forced to resign. He's replaced by a headstrong woman who falls for a smooth-talking confidence man who is actually the leader of the gang.

To avenge the death of his father, a miner, a young man robs stagecoaches belonging to the mine's owner, but discovers that the strongboxes which supposedly contained large amounts of gold are actually empty. Gene and Pat, operating as insurance investigators, are sent to investigate the robberies.

Outlaws try to take advantage of a feud between veterans of the Union and Confederate armies when the pair accuse each other of robbery and attempted murder.

A crooked politician attempts to derail a woman's bid to be elected mayor by kidnapping her adopted son and threatening to kill him unless she withdraws from the election.

After Pat's testimony sends Corey Fordham to prison, the murderous outlaw threatens to kill Pat and Judge Lockwood. Pat happily contemplates spending the reward money he's earned until Fordham breaks away from his guards en route to prison and prepares to carry out his vengeance.
