Jesse and Spike put on a Telethon to raise money for Frank, one of the great entertainers of "yesteryear." Frank is at first insulted, but then decides, "A buck is a buck." In the grand finale, Frank sings Spike's hit version of "Chloe", with Spike Jones backing.
