Emily Atack returns with a third series of her thematic comedy show that mixes sketches, impressions and stand up comedy. Up first is the topic of romance. Emily ruins a wedding, crashes a plane and summons Christine Lampard to HR.

This week's theme is "Showing Off" - is it cringe or a welcome release? Sketches include Emily on the pull in Bridgerton times, trying to run a hospital as Gemma Collins and putting on a heart-stopping performance for a sexy neighbour.

The focus of this edition is wellness. Sketches include Emily getting into mischief at the clinic and misunderstanding cheat day at the weight loss club. Plus, there are impressions of Billie Eilish and Adele.

Sketches see Emily have a holiday fling and get up to no good in a public bathroom. Impressions feature Adele and Holly Willoughby. Ruth Langsford is called into ITV HR for a telling off. On stage, Emily has stand-up about homelife.

In this edition, Emily delivers some truth bombs to her mates, gets kidnapped, tries to take a good passport photo and explains how she navigates the politics of life.

In sketches, Emily gets a terrifying glimpse into her future and meets a strange blast from the past. Impressions include Adele, Billie Eilish, Gemma Collins and Holly Willoughby and stand-up featuring Emily's unique take on the future.
