Kusuo Saiki is a psychic with all sorts of supernatural powers. All he wants to do is to keep his head down and not draw attention to himself, but often things don't go as Kusuo hopes.

Although Kusuo's parents are currently fighting each other, he tries to stay out of it since he thinks that it is a problem that they need to work out for themselves.

Kusuo's telepathic abilities allow him to read the thoughts of everyone around him. Everyone, that is, except for one particular individual.

Shun Kaidou is another one of Kusuo's classmates at PK Academy. He claims to have special powers and believes that there are dark forces at work that have evil plans for humanity.

Kokomi Teruhashi is the quintessential pretty girl, leaving all the guys awestruck by her beauty and her sweet-as-honey personality. However, her attempt to bless Kusuo with her presence leads to some unexpected results.

It's dodgeball time in Kusuo's PE class. As usual, Kusuo tries to conceal his abilities, but his attempts to keep a low profile lead to unexpected difficulties.

Now that Kineshi is out of the game, Kusuo is the Paper Team's last hope to win. However, Kusuo is more concerned with figuring out how to keep his likability neutral so that he does not attract attention.

Yumehara Chiyo, one of Kusuo's classmates, has a crush on him. In order to get to know him better, she comes up with some plans to get closer to him.

Now that Kusuo's parents have reconciled, they want to sleep in the same bedroom. In order to do so, they need to move some furniture around and want Kusuo's help.

Have you ever wondered why none of the other students have called attention to Kusuo's unique looks? It all has to do with a little bit of mind control.

Saiki encounters a man performing a magic show in a park. Since he is a terrible magician, Saiki tries to get him to give up on pursuing this career. Also on the first day on school, Saiki and Kaidou follow Nendou to see why he's acting strange.

Kusuo likes to watch TV because he can avoid reading the minds of the people on the TV, and thus is able to experience surprise and excitement like ordinary people. He experiences one such surprise when he sees Uryoku Chouno appear on TV.

Shun is summoned by a mysterious individual who belongs to a group trying to destroy Dark Reunion. He says that they need Shun's help and tries to enlist Shun into the group.

A new student, Aren Kuboyasu, has transferred to Saiki's class. Since he lived his entire life as a punk, he takes this opportunity to change himself and blend in with regular people. However, things don't go so smoothly for him.

On the first day of the new school term, Kusuo and Shun notice that Nendou is acting strange. Wanting to know what's up with him, they decide to follow him after school.

Saiki is approached by Toritsuka, another psychic who knows about Saiki's powers and who has the ability to see ghosts.

Toritsuka enrolls in Saiki's school and uses his ghost-seeing ability to attract schoolgirls by telling them about their ghost guardians.

The always energetic and over-motivated Hairo enrolls Saiki to help him finish up making the entry gate for the upcoming school's Sports Day.

Saiki and his parents take a trip to the countryside to visit his mother's parents during his spring break. While his grandmother is very welcoming, his grandfather doesn't seem that happy to see them.

As usual, Toritsuka is trying to become popular with girls, and this time, it appears that he's succeeding. Saiki wonders why. On a different occasion, Saiki notices that he's being followed and lets himself get abducted.

The control device for Saiki's powers is broken. Without it, he can't control his powers. So the Saiki family decides to go to see the creator of the device, who currently lives in London.

Summer break is around the corner. Saiki is looking forward to having some peace and quiet away from his classmates; however, as usual, his classmates have other plans. Will Saiki be able to avoid them all and have his peaceful break?

The new school term has started and Saiki's homeroom teacher introduces a new student to the class. It turns out that he has an agenda at PK Academy. On a different occasion, Saiki's grandparents come and visit.

The "amazing" magician Uryoku Chouno has become popular and sends Saiki an invitation to his solo magic show. On a different occasion, the usual gang is planning to hold a surprise birthday party for Saiki.

Saiki's class rehearses a fire evacuation when they get stuck in a blocked-off hallway.

Saiki ends up buying an expensive coffee jello, but sacrifices it in order to help a kid find his baseball.

During a visit to Saiki's house for Christmas, Nendo reveals that he had never been visited by Santa, so Saiki's father dresses up as one.

Saiki's parents become excited during the New Year's shrine visit when they have been praying for Saiki to make friends, and Kaido, Harai, Nendo, and Teruhashi show up.

As everyone is invited over to the Saiki household, Kurumi accidentally blurts out that Saiki is a psychic.

Saiki is forced to rewrite his classmates' memories of the previous day, but that action comes with its own downsides.

Saiki stumbles upon some students planning to trick the strict PE teacher, Matsuzaki.

Saiki observes his classmates' reactions regarding receiving or not receiving Valentine's Day chocolate.

The ghost of Nendo's late father visits Saiki, who get annoyed and goes to Toritsuka to have him do something about it.

Saiki's mother Kurumi doesn't doubt anyone, which makes her an easy target for pushy sales pitches. One day when Saiki gets home, he finds a mountain of products she has purchased.

Saiki comes across a ring that blocks his telepathy, which he hopes to use to watch a movie without any spoilers, but he finds it a challenge and ends up sitting next to Teruhashi.

Kokomi's superstar brother Makoto shows up at Saiki's house to warn him to stay away from his sister, revealing that he has a disturbing sister complex.

While Saiki uses his telepathy to 'cheat' during exams in order to keep his ranking in the middle, but Nendo, who has been on the verge of failing and being held back, rolls a pencil and somehow does well.

Chono recruits Saiki to be his assistant in a magic show so he can win his ex-wife back, who turns out to be Nendo's mother (and who like Nendo's deceased father bears a striking resemblance to her son).

Chono's show takes a turn for the worse when Nendo offers to be his assistant in a body-cutting routine.

Saiki helps out his poor classmate, Chisato Mera, who is secretly working various part-time jobs.

Saiki's class is having a physical fitness test during PE. Hairo seems to be even more fired up than usual now that he's found his greatest rival.

Realising that the cat from before, Amp, is likely in heat, Saiki transforms into a cat to try and help him confess to a female cat.

Since most mainstream video games are spoiled for him, Saiki ends up playing a shoddily-made RPG, becoming frustrated by all the hallmarks of a crappy game.

The students have to form groups for the upcoming school trip to Okinawa. Kokomi and Chiyo both want to join Saiki's group without having to ask directly, whereas all the other boys want Kokomi to join their group.

After Saiki manages to prevent Makoto from going on the school trip, a typhoon puts the entire trip in danger.

Saiki, Nendo, and Kaido play a game of tag in London in which Kusuo must evade Kusuke for three hours.

Saiki, Nendo, and Kaido go to an art museum in London. Kaido tries to overanalyze the modern art pieces when Nendo makes his own drawing, which gets the approval of the curator.

With summer break coming, Saiki tries to decline participating in the plans brought up by his schoolmates.

The Occult Club holds a test of courage in a forest, but the random pairings are not what the members expect. After that, Saiki's off to the Tennis Club's training camp.

Nendo teams up with Saiki in a tennis match against Hairo. Then Saiki and Nendo join Mera in a clinical testing job but the medicines have weird side effects for Mera and Nendo.

Saiki watches as his friends plan a surprise birthday party, but the date is actually his father's birthday. They discuss the gifts they will give him.

Kusuo tells his father to continue to pretend to be him so that his friends don't feel bad about having celebrating a birthday party on the wrong birthday.
