The Scali Family tries to adjust to living in two separate homes, in two separate cities to accommodate Rachel's new job. Circumstantial evidence keeps piling up against the shelter manager in the case of the missing girl.

Tony takes a job as a private investigator and suspects the new commissioner isn't as great as he seems.

When a friend of David's dies after taking crack, Tony disappoints David by letting the dealer go, as he's part of a federal sting but not big enough to go after.

The Eastbridge Police Department is requested to assist in bringing down the biggest mobster from Cleveland. His men turn around and set Rachel up in a hit-and-run so Tony sets up a little sting of his own.

An old friend of Tony's (a member of city council) refuses to approve Japanese investors business plans and tempers flare.

The Scalis babysitter is raped by the local football hero and then harassed and threatened by his fans.

When Cyd breaks it off with her boyfriend, bad things start happening. How is it possible that the Chief of Detectives didn't notice these things about him? The force also deals with a Mother-Son bank robbing team.

Stan's fiancee appears in surveillance video of jewelry store armed robbery. Will there be a wedding? Rachel puts the family on a healthy diet.

Tony investigates the mysterious death of a wealthy socialite with suspicious family members.

A heart set for transplant to the daughter of one of Tony's men is stolen from the ambulance. The squad sets out to find it before it's too late. Cyd walks the beat looking for a Santa that isn't satisfied with just cash donations.

Rachel's cousin Benny gets involved in a case with Tony.

A series of violent attacks outside a gay bar has the squad scrambling for any clue when one of their own makes a witness report and thereby outs himself. Friendships are tested.

The police station janitor helps Tony solve a woman's mysterious death from a PCP overdose.

The murder of a girl leads Tony to his old friend Father Eddie who has a close relationship with the suspect and will do whatever it takes to protect him.

Rachel becomes a hostage during a bank robbery.

Tony tells David to stay away from his girlfriend due to her father's criminal activities, but David doesn't agree.

Tony is suspicious of a security company owner who takes justice into his own hands.

A drunk driver kills the wife of one of Tony's men and, because the driver is a doctor, the judge suspends his sentence.

When Rachel learns the mother of one of her students is a fugitive, Tony is faced with a difficult decision.

Stan hopes to be promoted to Sergeant and Tony lets him handle the investigation of a local drug trafficker.

Tony and Rachel are the targets of an unknown hitman.
