Jia Luo was from China. He went to Lankupah on his own and got arrested at a Chinese restaurant. Somehow, he decided to serve at the prison Sipa, the worst prison in the entire Lankupah. He tried to get close to a special-cared prisoner, Ron Yu who was an important member of a gangster. Therefore, Ron's friend, the guard of the prison Zack Bai used a lot of ways to force Jia getting away from Ron. Jia seemed to have some interests on Zack. He fought with him and was locked in the guardhouse.

Jia made a key of the storage room during his three days in the guardhouse. He successfully stole the flashlight with a poison needle in it for Hale and earned a chance to meet with Ron. Weirdly, the man showed up at the laundry wasn't Ron, but Zack. He was trying to protect Ron. Later, Tiger the gangster who was trying to kill Ron was died and the prison was in a riot. Finally, Jia met Ron but he was killing by someone else. Jia was trying to save him but later Zack arrived and he thought that Jia was here to kill Ron.
