For their first task, the teams have to set up and run the ultimate dog grooming experience, with each team choosing who will be the project manager for the other team. The team that raises the most money donates the combined teams' winnings to their project manager's charity, while the losing team face Mark Bouris in the boardroom, where after discussing what went wrong, the project manager picks two people to bring back with them, from which one person gets fired.
