Fabian and Lilia's daughter, Moira, disappears inexplicably and without a trace in the Buenos Aires subway. The little girl and her nanny where supposed to be on their way to a birthday party but never arrived.

Fabian takes out his frustration on the police who he thinks are not doing enough. Private detective Doberti pursues Cecilia's boyfriend and then turns up to Fabian's house with Moira's favorite toy.

After a guesthouse is discovered, the investigation finally begins to make progress. The police are onto a lead involved in women trafficking. Fabian receives a game-changing phone call.

A mysterious figure in surgical gloves is cleaning a .22 pistol that was used in the murder at the guesthouse. Moria's case reaches a dead end. The case goes cold and there are only new investigations to be made.

Silva's son is now the only link back to the past. Officer Blanco returns to Buenos Aires and catches up with the loose ends of Moira's Case. Fabian and Doberti stand guard outside the suspect's house hoping to finally catch him.

Fabián's investigation continues and they find evidence but it doesn't seem to help them. They decide to go back to the old lines of the investigation, which leads them to the web of corruption and end up solving another crime.

Following the track of the bronze spider, Fabián arrives in Paraná, in search of Ferdinand Rauch, maker of toys similar to the one Moira always carried. Then he goes to Portico, a backwoods village upstream that can only be reached by boat.

The life of Fabián Danubio and his wife Lila is changed forever when their four-year-old daughter Moira disappears inexplicably and without any trace in the Buenos Aires subway.
