Gio turns to David as he gets into deep trouble because of Jill's friendship with Gabby. Jill's world soon crumbles when Gio chooses to live with his father, while Lexy is taken aback by David's sudden decision.

Finding herself up against a brick wall, Jill exhausts all means to talk to Gio. Soon, the livid mother's desperate attempt to take her son back worsens her situation when a video of her circulates online.

Jill's scandalous video costs her not only her relationship with Gio but also her position in the hospital. Carol entrusts Charlie with a task to help Jill, only for her husband to fall right back into his old habit upon catching up with David.

Gio continues to avoid his mother as her video begins to circulate among his schoolmates. Despite this, Jill makes a desperate move to check on him. However, what Jill witnesses breaks her heart even more and sends her into an abyss of despair.

Gabby gets tangled in Jill's issues as his friendship with her puts him in a bad light at work. Jill finds a sliver of hope upon catching Gio back at home but soon turns into a fright when a masked assailant barges in.

Gio lashes out at Jill for throwing malicious accusations at David. Devastated and drunk, Jill subconsciously lands in the company of Gabby but soon finds herself sinking deeper into a pitfall.

Jill burns in pain as David's lies about her continue to drive a wedge between her and Gio. Meanwhile, Carol senses something amiss with Charlie's behavior.

Jill gets booted out of her office as David's pawn takes over her position at the hospital. Troubled and uncared for, Gio skips his classes. The Ilustres host a dinner to patch things up with their friends.

David turns Charlie's world upside down to even the score with him. While Carol urges Jill to fight back, Gio receives unexpected help as he gets outnumbered in a brawl.

Despite receiving the cold shoulder, Jill continues to make great efforts to win Gio back. Meanwhile, Gio feels alienated from his father's new family when he witnesses how happy David is with them.

Learning about her son's intention to leave the basketball team, Jill cannot help but think that Gio is being mistreated in David's household. To add fuel to the fire, the worried mother receives a call from Gio's school.

Finding out that Gio is neglecting his studies, David tries to get to the bottom of his son's problems. When Mikah reveals her friend's unpleasant encounter with Fred and Nathalia, Jill rushes to the Luceros to confront them.

Jill reaches her boiling point when Gio throws more painful accusations against her-including trying to ruin David's new family. As Mikah continues to get dragged into her friend's messy family drama, Grace comes to a decision.

Max and Mikah worry for Gio when he introduces them to his new friend, Enzo. Through Claire, David prevents Jill from ruining his plans for Gio's birthday. However, the doctor soon calls for a truce as Gio falls into deep trouble at school.

While Jill celebrates his birthday alone, Gio bursts into tears upon seeing her gift for him. Soon, the worried mother discovers the reason behind the drastic change in her son's behavior. Lexy reprimands Gio.

Enzo blackmails Jill for a large sum of money after sending her a video that may ruin Gio's name. Wanting to protect her son, the doctor pulls out all the stops to meet Enzo's demand, to the point of selling her house.

Jill successfully puts Enzo behind bars, making sure that Gio's video will not get exposed. After learning about the incident, David gets into an argument with his ex-wife. Jill finds an opportunity to make it clear that she is not leaving Baguio.

Jill tries her best to protect Gio from the repercussions of his and Mikah's video. While the conflict with Max's family is settled through Fred's connections, Grace gives a condition in exchange for not filing a case against the young man.

While a worried Jill tries to talk to Gio through her ex-husband, the Luceros' discomfort with Gio's rebellious behavior pushes David to make a decision. Soon, the doctor gets a surprise visit from an unlikely guest.

Jill struggles to get ahold of Gio because of David. Upon learning of his father's plan to send him abroad, Gio leaves home and runs to a friend. Soon, Jill comes across her son on the road.

To settle their issues, Jill, David, and Gio reunite at the dinner table as a family. Things get steamy between Jill and David as they reminisce on their good times together.

Jill gets drenched in regret after her passionate night with David when Carol drops some truth bombs. Even with Lexy around, David can't take his mind off Jill.

David cozies up with the idea of being with Jill, but Jill clarifies that nothing will ever happen between them again. After seeing a clip from David and Lexy's wedding, Jill recognizes a marriage vow that is close to her heart.

Jill learns of Gio's troubles from Claire. Discovering David's underhanded move, the livid doctor confronts her ex about his decision to send their son away without her consent. Soon, David faces Gio's fury.

Jill's relentless effort to fix Gio's issue yields a positive result when Grace agrees to wipe the slate clean. Although apprehensive, David accepts the turn of events-but this fails to sit well with Lexy. Later, a new problem arises for Gio.

With the help of Nathalia and the police, Jill puts Enzo behind bars for good. Much to her dismay, Jill finds Gio getting kicked out of David's house. This leads the mother and son to patch things up between them as the doctor consoles the young man.

Jill finds out that Gio is expelled from school following the scandal. Getting wind of the news, David confronts Jill and discovers her plan to leave Baguio with their son. Later, Jill is shocked to hear who is the prospective buyer of her house.

Lexy suggests buying Jill's house. As Jill and Gio make every effort to avoid him, David leaves no stone unturned to find them. But his misplaced priorities land him in hot water with Fred.

David gatecrashes Sandy's wedding and confronts Jill. Sick and tired of her ex-husband's intimidations, Jill lets Lexy know that David is up to no good.

Lexy is troubled after Jill gave her the necktie David left when he and the doctor slept together. Later, Lexy's announcement of her plan to study abroad leads to a confrontation with her husband about his secret meeting with his ex-wife.

A doubtful Lexy tries to confirm whether David is lying to her, not knowing that her husband has his tracks cleanly covered. Jill encourages Gio to meet up with Mikah and Max, unaware that it will lead to David tracking down their whereabouts.

During a chance encounter, Lexy confronts Diane over her assumption that the latter is in cahoots with Jill against her and David. Later, Lexy starts to believe her husband's words when she hears from Claire that Jill has left Baguio.

Snooping inside Jill's old house, Lexy begins to see the uncanny similarities between her and David's ex-wife. As her husband's unfaithfulness comes to light, Lexy refuses to admit defeat.

Lexy seethes with anger when David finally comes clean about his affair with his ex-wife. Jill finds herself at her wits' end as Gio struggles to deal with their family mess. Carol faces the uncertainty brought by an unexpected news.

David loses everything he has as Lexy realizes the final straw in their marriage. Blaming his downfall on Jill, David tricks her into believing that Gio will soon leave her too.

With all his dirty secrets out in the open, David attempts to get Gio to side with him. He then resorts to yet another desperate move when his vile tactic of emotional blackmail did not work on Jill.

Left with no choice but to sleep in his office, David breaks into tears as he recalls how he lost everything he holds dear. Gabby pays Jill a visit, unaware of the pair of lurking eyes observing their every move.

While David sinks into an abyss of misery, Jill and Gio try to make a fresh start with their friends. However, the dejected father disrupts their peace once again as he desperately attempts to reconcile with them.

Jill and Gio struggle to break free from their painful past as David's desperation to return to their lives renders them longing for their once-happy family. Gabby remains determined to win Jill's heart.

Mikah says her farewells to Gio. Later, Jill looks high and low for Gio after he mysteriously disappears. Confirming her horror, she finds out that her son is with an unstable David.

After successfully stopping David from jumping off the cliff, Jill finally finds out what made Gio stay away from her. Gio heaves a sigh of relief now that David is out of harm's way, unaware that his parents have struck a deal behind his back.

Recalling his last conversation with Jill, David steels himself as he musters the courage to end his suffering. Gio calls to check up on his father, unaware of what the troubled man is about to do.

After catching David unconscious, Jill finds hope for a new beginning with Gio when her troubled ex-husband finally comes to his senses. However, her heart sinks upon returning home.

Jill goes through pain anew when she discovers Gio's heart-shattering video message. Years later, Lexy and David make their new beginnings while Jill finally sees the light at the end of the tunnel upon finding her life's missing piece.
