Gwen Foster is the dynamic designer who runs a high fashion design firm. But Bumper Morgan, already on the the trail of drug dealers, begins to suspect the clothing company is a front for a well run drug ring.

A crazed felon, just out of prison, blames Bumper Morgan for his incarceration. He hires an assassin to carry out a hit on the policeman.

Bumper learns that a sneak thief he has been after for some time has taken a deadly turn. He now carries a knife and is prepared to use it causing Bumper to double his effort.
