A missing girl is found dead of an apparent suicide, but the victim's father suspects foul play. Mike's research takes him to Bobby Garr (F. Murray Abraham), a pornographic film-maker with a fondness for underage actresses.

Almost a million dollars in diamonds is discovered in the possession of a mysterious woman killed in an air crash, and investigative reporter Mike Andros traces the fortune to a Congressman.

Investigative reporter Andros is convinced by the death of a once-prominent author that Dr. Hans Kipness, highly prized by his chic east side clientele, is administering more than vitamin B-12 in his shots.

A woman recognizes a man as "The Beast Of Athens" from the Greek Civil War thirty years ago. As Andros investigates her claim and tries to protect her, the war criminal plans to eliminate the witness to his past.

College students are being recruited to act as "mules" or carriers of hard drugs from a foreign country to the United States. When one such carrier is killed, Andros turns his attention to cracking the slick operation.

Mavis Higgins, an immigrant, witnesses the murder of a toy-maker but is terrified because of her immigration situation to go to the police with her evidence. A Priest and Mike Andros try to encourage her.

Mike Andros goes after a football player guilty of murder and attempted rape, and the murderer's team-mates try to cover up for him.

A fugitive from an underground radical group wants to surrender to FBI authorities and asks Andros for assistance.

When the office of a Tabloid is blown up Andros decides to look into it. The owner is less than cooperative. He starts by looking at the Tabloids old issues. The owner later tells him that some strangers picked up his grandchildren and drove them around.
