When Kootie Pie whines that she did not have enough presents on her birthday, King Koopa takes the White House to the Mushroom Kingdom so Kootie Pie can be empress of America which Mario and friends must save the president.

King Koopa plans to kidnap Prince Hugo so he can turn him into a poodle and turns Cheatsy, Bully, Big Mouth and Kooky into Sneaky Lying Cheating Giant Ninja Koopas which Mario and friends would have to save the prince.

Hip and Hop Koopa steal Prince Mushroomkamen's case which the Queen got angry and is looking for her son, meanwhile Mario and co are in Desert Land which the Queen mistakes Mario for her son and the heroes must get the case back.

King Koopa and his kids are stealing the Sultan's oil. In order to distract the attention of Mario, Cheatsy turns Kootie Pie into Mario's dream girl.

When Princess Toadstool challenges Koopa to an election over leadership of the Mushroom Kingdom, Kooky uses a nice guy potion on Koopa to make all the voters like him.

King Koopa and his Koopalings decide to surrender to Princess Toadstool and gives the key to Castle Koopa which the Princess and Mario decide to check the place.

Princess Toadstool and Toad go to Hawaii for a vacation while leaving the Mario Bros. in charge of the Mushroom Kingdom.

King Koopa and Kooky plan to go to the place where the Mario Bros. have gone into the Mushroom Kingdom by using a time travel device.

Fed up with Koopa's ways, Kootie Pie and Big Mouth bring a Hollywood movie monster to life and convince him he's their real dad.

After Toad fell asleep and a bag of coins have been taken, thinking Koopa has taken it, Toad gets his cousins to wrestle which King Koopa and Cheatsy's Sledge Brothers are also entering to win 1 million gold coins.

When Mario and Luigi get fed up with each other, Luigi soon finds himself having to save his brother from Koopa and Kooky.

Koopa brings TV hero Mighty Plumber to life and tricks him into robbing the Pipe Land Treasury.

When the Mario Brothers go back to Brooklyn, they are mistaken as babysitters to look after Junior. Mario & Luigi must control and get Junior back home.

Toad loses a magic wand to the Koopas.

Luigi finds a map to the Doom Dancer music box which Mario and friends have to find it in Dark Land which can stop King Koopa and his Koopalings ruling the Mushroom Kingdom.

The Marios and Toad accompany the Princess to a Milli Vinilli concert in New York City, but Kottie Pie, jealous that's she's not going to the concert, kidnaps Rob and Fab for her own.

When a real world family drives into the Mushroom Kingdom, the Mushroom People and the Koopas mistake them for aliens.

While wearing a Frog Suit, Mario almost drowns, but he is saved by Holly Mackerel, a mermaid princess. Holly falls in love with Mario and tries to marry him.

King Koopa busts out a top criminal so he can teach the Koopalings to steal and to stop the Mario Brothers.

Hip and Hop Koopa turn Luigi and King Whim-bag, of the ice world, into dogs with the king's wand.

Kooky uses his new "Raiser Upper" machine to levitate everything in the Mushroom Kingdom to the sky.

Mario, Luigi, Princess Toadstool and Toad are going for a Swim but they see on their way Koopa's Doomship.They hide under water but the doomship sucks the water with the Super Slurp pipe and Princess Toadstool loses her grip and also gets sucked by accident.By infiltrating the Doomship, she realized that Koopa and his Koopalings who passed the pipe to the real world planned to rule the 7 continents and they plugged the pipe so Mario, Luigi and Toad can't stop them.Princess Toadstool is the only one who can save the the day.

Kooky and Cheatsy use a special paint to turn all the Mushroom People either red or blue and trick the two colors into hating each other.

When the Koopalings can't get away with dumping their trash in the Mushroom Kingdom, they warp it all to Brooklyn.

When an Italian Pizzaman mysteriously arrives in Desert Land and reports "a sea monster", Mario and friends go to Venice, Italy to investigate who is ruining Venice.

Kooky makes King Koopa a super power pendant which only works in the real world so he goes to Paris, France to rule which Mario and Luigi must stop a super powered King Koopa.
