Lap of Gods: Abducted by the Ninja Tribunal and separated from Master Splinter, the Turtles and the human Acolytes are taken to Japan to begin their training. And they're going to need it, because the ancient evil is on its way.

Demons and Dragons: The Turtles begin training with the mysterious Ninja Tribunal, experimenting with new powers and weapons despite Splinter's reservations, not to mention his portentous dreams of their demise!

Unable to sleep, the Turtles overhear Splinter and the Ancient One arguing about the Ninja Tribunal during their late night meditation. The pair tell the Turtles the origins of the Ninja Tribunal and of their archenemy, Oroku Saki.

More Worlds Than One: The Turtles and company continue their training under the Ninja Tribunal, learning to fight in the physical as well as mental and spiritual worlds.

Beginning of the End: Returning to the Tribunal Monastery with the second Shredder Artifact, things seem to be going well for our heroes when-Deception! The Foot Mystics infiltrate the Monastery and pose as members of the tribunal.

Mikey tries to be a superhero and join the Justice Force, but finds it more difficult than he'd thought. Meanwhile Stockman and Bishop accidentally unleash Nano on the superhero team.

New World Order: Part 1: The original Shredder has been resurrected by the Foot Mystics, whose agenda is to destroy Karai-the "false Shredder."

New World Order: Part 2: In their attempt to save Karai and take out the Foot Mystics and new Shredder, the Turtles wind up in a raging battle filled with magic and martial arts at Foot Headquarters.

Fathers and Sons: Weary after their first battle with the new Shredder, the Turtles doubt they can defeat him. To lift their spirits, Splinter shares a tale of the Turtles' toddler days.

Past Present: Shredder begins to build a new dynasty in New York, transforming the whole island into a hellish nightmare. The Turtles team up with Karai in a daring plan to direct Shredder's energy against him.

The Turtles gather all of their friends, and some old enemies, to save the world by destroying the Tengu Shredder once and for all.

Enter the Dragons: Part 2: The final showdown! With the help of allies and enemies alike, the Turtles have fought their way through a demonic version of New York to confront the Shredder once and for all!
