Briana returns after a night with Luis. Isaac makes a confession to Kailyn, prompting her to reconsider her custody agreement with Jo. Jade is forced to juggle single-parenthood while preparing for her beauty license exam.

Jade's mom asks her for a big favor. Briana takes an STI test after her night with Luis. Chelsea takes Aubree out for a mother-daughter day. Leah and Victoria visit her boyfriend in Costa Rica. Kailyn gets a surprising phone call.

The threat of coronavirus intensifies as Chelsea travels to Los Angeles for work. Leah and the girls go into self-quarantine to protect Ali. Briana has a new, secret fling with the potential for major heartbreak.

When coronavirus makes it unsafe for crews to film, the moms pick up the cameras to self-shoot. Despite quarantine, Leah’s book release pushes her and Jeremy to confront their past. Jade is forced to close her salon during lockdown, placing her under major financial and emotional strain. Chelsea fears she has COVID. Briana is furloughed but Devoin also loses his job, putting her in a precarious financial position.

Kail invites Devoin on her podcast. Jade decides to get plastic surgery in Miami, so Briana visits to coach her through her anxiety. Bar goes to court for his outstanding DUI charges. Leah's twins turn 11.

Jade gets plastic surgery but her recovery turns dangerous, and Briana tries to help her as the situation escalates. Ashley juggles even more when she finds out she has to suddenly move. Leah gets news that will help Ali be more independent.

Kail faces a court battle with Chris. Bar’s DUI resurfaces & threatens to ruin Ashley’s graduation party. Leah finds out if she needs surgery on her tumor. After meeting with a lawyer about Luis’ parental rights, Briana is left with some hard choices
