Swiebertje discovers that today it is the birthday of Saartje, the housemaid of the Mayor. He has no money, so he steals some flowers from Bromsnor's yard.

Bromsnor discovers that his flowers are stolen by Swiebertje. Immediately he goes to Saartje, to catch Swiebertje. But Swiebertje put other clothes on, and plays he is a niece of Saartje.

Swiebertje is wrongfully arrested by Bromsnor, but manages to escape and take his revenge.
Feb 07, 1962
The mayor faces the difficult task of finding proper punishment for Swiebertje, when all his accusers (except, of course, Bromsnor) stick up for him.
