Sara intends to sell her house and move to her boyfriend in Stockholm, but regrets the decision. The new neighbors Göran and Annika Forslund are introduced in the series.

Göran and Annika move in and Gustav becomes suspicious until Göran helps him build a sauna.

Göran and Annika's wedding day is approaching and Gustav tells Göran about a very cozy boarding house, the only problem is that Lena has wanted to go there for over 10 years.

Gustav celebrates that it has been 25 years since the big day. The day the boys' team played the final in the football cup. And Gustav's old best friend Jalle is coming to the big anniversary.

Lena is fired from the bank and the family is forced to figure out what to do to make it work financially.

Lena goes to a conference over the weekend, but the family does not despair when Sara comes to visit all the way from Stockholm.

Gustav Svensson becomes temporary manager at the post office while the regular manager is on vacation.

When Göran and Annika quarrel, the Svensson family becomes a mediator in the conflict.

Lena and Gustav think the children are growing up too fast and want to go on a trip to the mountains with the whole family. But the children want to stay in Vivalla.

Lina is ashamed of Gustav and lies about him to her boyfriend's parents. Gustav worries about Lina's first night with her boyfriend.

It turns out that Göran played in the junior national football team as a youngster and now he is needed when Vivalla IF has a chance to win the series.

The Svensson family celebrates the New Year.
