Teenager Derek Dynamo and his best friend, Super Dinosaur, go on a mission for a secret agency called Earth Core in order to get a dangerous power source, called Dynore, away from the evil villain, Max Maximus.

When there are new arrivals at the Dynamo Dome, Derek is convinced that he and Super Dinosaur must drive them away before they learn Dr. Dynamo's secret. Meanwhile, Tricerachops attempts a jail break at Earth Core HQ.

Derek and Super Dinosaur travel to the Earth Core arctic base to stop the mysterious Squidious and his army of Shark Men from destroying it.

When someone sabotages the Dynamo Dome from the inside, Derek and Super Dinosaur find themselves up against a new villain, named Battle Shock.

The crew from the Dynamo Dome are trying to take a well-deserved break, when Max Maximus finds them and attacks using his new battle suit.

Derek and Super Dinosaur join Dr. Dynamo, who is sent by Earth Core to explore the dangerous ruins of an ancient and mysterious temple that might contain a gateway to Inner Earth.

While on a camping trip, Derek, Super Dinosaur, and Dr. Dynamo discover a mysterious Ghost Lizard, who leads them to definitive proof of an undiscovered underground civilization.

When Dr. Dynamo is caught infiltrating Castle Maximus, Derek and Super Dinosaur must sneak in and bust him out.

When Minimus takes over the Liar Leviathan, Derek and Super Dinosaur have to team up with Squidious to prevent the villain from discovering an undersea entrance to Inner Earth.

When a new passage to Inner-Earth opens, Derek and Super Dinosaur must stop Tricerachops and her new team from calling forth a dinosaur stampede. Meanwhile, Max Maximus manipulates Dr. Dynamo.

Derek and Super Dinosaur are shocked to learn that Dr. Dynamo has helped Max Maximus escape from Earth Core.

Derek, Super Dinosaur, and Dr. Dynamo may finally have the clues they need to find the location of Derek's missing mother, Juliana; but to search for her they've had to go underground. Team Dynamo discovers that their closest friends have been assigned by Earth Core to hunt them down.

In a final showdown to save the population of Barracks Town, Derek, Super Dinosaur and the rest of Team Dynamo must face down the most fearsome mutant ever created by Max Maximus-- the Mega-Raptor.
