Igam enjoys a power up a little too much. He wastes no time making a mess of things. Funny how invincibility never seems to be enough when you don't have much health to begin with.

When Igam's teleportation spell starts causing problems around the apartment, Sophie turns to an ancient ninja code to teach him a lesson.

Griffin tries his best to steer clear of Igam's love life, even though Igam's taste in dates may be dangerous to his health. A "romantic evening in" just doesn't seem to be in the cards.

The gang decides to spend a night out of the apartment as they attend a basketball game. But can they manage to stay out of trouble for once?

The Old Man is coming to collect his rent coins. But no coin worth having ever came easy for the old plumber. And with this group of tenants, today doesn't look like it'll be any different.

A mysterious device begins terrorizing the apartment. If the gang can't find a way to defeat it, it could be game over.

Sophie faces a dark part of her past as the apartment is invaded by the villainous Nega Sophie. But with Sophie in trouble, can Griffin and Igam save the day? And who are the Negas anyway?

When Griffin has one too many potions, it leads to a wild night at the apartment. Meanwhile, Igam is acting suspicious.

Sophie's ninja master pays her a visit. Meanwhile, Igam makes a new friend and Griffin makes a new enemy.

Sophie gets a save point. But will it work? And who can stop a cat-girl ninja-princess with that kind of power if it does?

Igam "finds" a hole in the wall to rent to another tenant. Will he be able to fill the spot before he's made to fill the hole?
