This movie introduces the team in action. After the team captures two gun-toting robbers at a local store, they are assigned a bigger case. Five people have been killed by decapitation. There is nothing in common to link the five victims. As the victim list grows, the team must find a connection linking the victims before stopping further murders.

When Frank's former partner, who's a drunk and living on the streets, thinks he saw a murder, he goes to a police station and has them call Frank. Frank goes there. Klein's upset that he's taking him seriously because he feels the man's a disgrace. But Frank reveals that the man just may have given them a lead on some kidnappers who have been kidnapping people all over the country and killing their victims. So Klein let's them investigate.

A violent crime spree has hit the wealthy residential areas of Los Angeles. A gang of kill-crazy criminals attacks private homes, robbing and raping and tormenting the victims. Strike Force is out to stop them. Investigations lead to a piece of no man's land in downtown L.A. known as "The Lot". Here is where the crime spree originated. Soon the Strike Force team gets hold of a young female gang member. But will she turn on her accomplices and help the police to set a trap, or will she end up double-crossing Strike Force?

A serial rapist stalking women in downtown L.A. puts Captain Murphy's team under pressure. The rapist always strikes during daylight hours, he always picks his victims randomly at supermarkets and shopping centers and follows them home, where he puts them through an ordeal of assault and torture and brutal rape. While the Strike Force has absolutely no clues where to begin, a young woman is being attacked and is able to fend off the rapist. This is the break the team has been waiting for, and now it's Rosie's turn to set the trap and play the bait. But Murphy has gone...

Klein tells Frank that he thinks that something is going on at four different hospitals when there appears to be a high mortality rate. Klein later suffers a heart attack and finds himself in one of the hospitals in question. When Frank goes to the administrator about high death rate, he refuses to let Frank investigate, so he calls several city officials who contacts the commissioner who tells Frank to back off. What they don't know is that the administrator is involved in black market organ scam and his next target is Klein.

Someone is setting bombs all over the city. The bomber sends a message where his next target will be. And eventually he reveals his next target--Klein.

After Det. Strobber is forced to shoot an assailant dead, the criminal's brother goes on a systematic serial murder of African-American cops on the force in revenge to eventually target Strobber.

A professional assassin whom Frank has spent years chasing is in town to do a job and is goading Frank to stop him.

Jewelry stores are being robbed in downtown L.A. and soon Strike Force suspects that the robbers are members of the police force. While investigating a number of suspects, the head of Internal Affairs has chosen his own prime suspect: Sergeant Gunzer from Strike Force. Captain Murphy is certain that Gunzer has been framed by the real culprits, but it takes a lot of convincing and a joint team effort to set a trap for the robbers and clear Gunzer's name.

A trio of pick-up artists cruise the single bars in the Los Angeles Marina area. They have their eyes set on shy single girls. They take them to an empty residence where they gang-rape and torture the girls for days and finally kill and dump them. Strike Force is pulling all stops to get hold of the gang before another innocent girl will be killed. When a nurse is kidnapped, witnesses lead Strike Force on the right track, and soon it's a race against time for Murphy's team to save the girl's life.

Johnny Lee is a psychopathic guru who leads his followers to commit brutal and heinous murders. Strike Force is under extreme pressure from the deputy commissioner and the mayor's office. When a press statement is released against Captain Murphy's advice, it finally pushes Johnny Lee off his rocker. To make matters worse, the one person who can seal his fate is Sunset, a young sect member who is tormented by her conscience. When Sunset holes up in a rural motel, it's up to Frank Murphy and Paul Strobber to get to her before Johnny Lee does.

A group of thugs is robbing elderly people in the neighborhood. When a local councilwoman is killed during one of the robberies, it's high time for Captain Murphy and his Strike Force to step in. But the victims and witnesses are too scared to stand up to the villains who soon decide to take it one step further - they are robbing a church during mass. When Captain Murphy comes across a bag lady who witnessed the councilwoman being killed, she not only proves to be a valuable witness but it also turns out she's played a special part in Frank Murphy's life.

When Strike Force is blowing a deal of the leading drug smuggling cartel, syndicate boss Barrick decides to get rid of Captain Murphy who has become a nuisance and could very well ruin his future within the syndicate. Soon Murphy is set up by syndicate enforcer Gene Terry who claims that he wants to turn against the syndicate. To make Murphy swallow the bait, it is sweetened by the involvement of his ex-wife. But Murphy smells a rat and pulls his own strings to destroy Barrick's crime operation once and for all.

A female serial killer, the John Killer, stalks the conventions taking place in Los Angeles. Appearing as a prostitute, she follows her victims up to their hotel room where she brutally stabs them. As the time period between the killings gets shorter and shorter, Strike Force is struggling to get a clue who the killer is and where she will strike next. But then the Strike Force team learns that the killer has chosen Sergeant Mark Osborne to be her prime target. Will the team be able to stop the John Killer before it's too late for Mark?

While the Strike Force team is involved in stopping a bank robbery, Dr. Hardigan and his bride are being harassed by a gang of street punks who have been terrorizing downtown L.A. for quite some time. Following serious complaints by the surgeon, Strike Force is put on the case. Soon the gang strikes again, but this time they leave a corpse behind. When the police get too close, the gang begins to threaten their previous victims. Only Dr. Hardigan and his bride are willing to stand up to the gang. Can the officers of Strike Force stop the gang from destroying Hardigans...

A desperate race against time is in store for Strike Force when three escaped convicts steal a van transporting a highly potential virus. In order to stop the criminals and isolate the virus in time to avoid a disastrous epidemic, Frank Murphy requires the cooperation of a local crime syndicate boss. As he tries to make a deal with the devil, the refrigerated container with the virus begins to leak.

High school girls are being abducted in L.A., and the police don't have a clue who the kidnappers are and why the girls are being taken. There are no ransom demands, no words from the kidnappers. The girls just disappear. Then a young couple is being attacked on prom night and the girl is seriously injured, but she is able to get away. When she describes the kidnappers and provides names and information, Captain Murphy suddenly knows what's behind the crime scheme. Soon, the kidnappers take another girl, and a young boy is out to take revenge. Strike Force have only ...

Charlie's been keeping an eye on a bookmaker. One day he was out with his girlfriend who's a film maker and they're shot. Frank goes after the book maker who claims he didn't do it and that the actual target is Charlie's girlfriend. They suspect a Chinese businessman.
