Trish Stratus visits Bali, Indonesia- also known as the Island of the Gods - where she stays at the stunning Nusa Dua Beach Hotel & Spa and has a bungee jumping adventure.

Trish travels from Delhi to the Indian state of Uttarakhand to check into the remote luxury lodge called the Shakti 360, Leti. Trish takes the opportunity to paraglide at 3,700 metres in this unique part of the Northern Himalayas.

Trish visits Indonesia and the island of Java where she stays at the gorgeous Amanjiwo Resort. To experience the culture first hand, Trish then learns about the fighting art of Pecak Silat.
