Grace is a 30-something real estate broker, who recently became single. Her key characteristic is that she absorbs the personalities of the various men she becomes involved with, no matter what sort of involvement it is.

Grace is seduced by a wealthy client and buys a sumptuous wardrobe. At the same time, she gets involved with a personal trainer and begins to follow diets and physical conditioning routines.

Grace meets the emo, Pierre, and the Jewish, Moises. Shortly after, she starts dividing her attention between them, mixing moments of introspection and melancholy with a desire to learn the basics of Judaism and convert.

Grace assimilates the characteristics of an adolescent, who is ready to enlist in the army, and also those of the rigid Major Rangel, with whom she ends up becoming romantically involved.

Grace meets Afonso, a man with a phobia of microbes and bacteria, and Carlão, a politician, and champion of trash picking. She is torn between the antiseptic world of Afonso and the dirty and sweaty domain of Carlão.

Grace meets an old gentleman and a less polished handyman. Consequently, she starts to dress like an older woman, while turning into a superb installer of shower heads and electrical sockets.

Grace meets a man with many mood swings and when she gets involved with him she starts to feel the same way. Then she meets "Cutie-Pie," an ugly man. Soon Grace will exhibit a change - for the worse - in her own appearance.

Grace takes a chance on a different kind of involvement with her doctor, who is a woman. At the same time, her encounter with Armênio brings Grace into the world of the underground economy.

Grace meets Wander, a man opposed to consumerism, and Xico, an outstanding connoisseur of nightlife. Conflict erupts when she starts to adopt both lifestyles.

Grace starts dating a dumb and extremely vain model and becomes a self-absorbed doll. She also gets involved with Patrick, an elegant man who is pretentious and sophisticated.

[HBO] HD. 'An Argentinian and a Poor Devil.' (Season One) Grace becomes miserable when she meets Juliano, a depressed man with suicidal tendencies.

Grace starts dating a butcher and becomes an expert in cuts of meat but after meeting a handsome deacon she starts seeking a religious life.

Grace starts dating a surfer and a psychiatrist but none of them are good choices. However, Gilberto's indifference starts having an effect on Grace.
