Some time after the events of The Empire Strikes Back, our heroes find themselves wrapped up in a plot to save their friend Han Solo, who is captured by the gangster Jabba the Hutt, and Luke Skywalker makes his final leap to being a Jedi.

With their plan having been foiled by the gangster Jabba the Hutt, Leia and a blinded Han are imprisoned. Luke, now a Jedi Master, plans to rescue them -- somehow.

Escaping the evil clutches of Jabba the Hutt, the group depart from Tatooine. Luke, carrying out a promise, returns to Dagobah where lies are challenged and new truths are formed.

Regrouping with the Rebel Alliance, Luke, Leia, Han, and Lando plot a final assault on the Empire's new Death Star II. On the forest moon of Endor, the Rebels launch their plan.

The group of Rebel leaders struggle with the native Ewoks of the moon of Endor as the Empire draws closer on them. Luke makes a difficult choice and Leia grapples with consequential news.

A battle on land. An epic space battle. A clash to determine the fate of the galaxy. This final chapter tests our heroes' strength, confidence, and potential for redemption.
