Sport Billy opens the sailing exhibit at the Viking museum in Oslo, Norway. But Sipe is sabotaging him at every turn, sending a viking ship back to 998 A.D. using a Vandalusian time-warp.

Scottish golf course are being vandalized by gas bubbles from the ground. Sport Billy's investigation leads to a Vandalucian agent named Shark, the fabled Loch Ness monster and Scottish poet Robert Burns.
