Peter and Mary Jane are finally getting married! But when Harry finds out, he breaks out of the mental institution, planning to crash the wedding with help from Smythe and Scorpion.

Aunt May finally tells Peter that his parents were Russian spies. To prove their innocence, Peter heads to Moscow to find answers. Meanwhile, former World War II scientists are beginning to disappear.

The Kingpin reunites the Insidious Six to find information on a mysterious group called the Six Forgotten Warriors.

The Six Forgotten Warriors are said to have 6 secret keys to unlock a dangerous weapon that could destroy the world.

Five of the Forgotten Six reunite and team up with Spider-Man to stop the Kingpin from activating the Dooms Day Weapon. But during the process of activating it, Captain America and Red Skull are returned.

Red Skull uses the Dooms Day Device to transport power into his son and transforms him into Electro. As Electro begins to absorb more power, he becomes even too powerful for his father to handle.

While on their honeymoon, Peter and Mary Jane are interrupted by Morrie Bench. Still obsessed with making Mary Jane his other half, Morrie kidnaps her.

Mary Jane has discovered that she, too, has Hydro-Man's powers. She and Spider-Man find out that Mary Jane is actually a clone of the real MJ.

Madame Web brings Spider-Man to meet her master, The Beyonder, who is preparing to put Spider-Man to the ultimate test. He sends Dr. Octopus, Dr. Doom, Smythe, Red Skull, and the Lizard off to destroy a peaceful planet and leaves Spider-Man to save it with his own selective team.

Spider-Man and his team plan to infiltrate the Red Skull's base, along with a group of freedom fighter from the destroyed planet.

Dr. Doom absorbs the Beyonder's power and uses it to fight off Spider-Man's team.

The Beyonder sends Spider-Man into another reality where the world is in destruction from Spider-Carnage. Now Spidey has to team up with Spider-Men from other dimensions to stop him.

Spider-Man chases Spider-Carnage through multiple dimensions as he tries to stop him from destroying the entire universe and all of the different dimensions with it.
