While on the best summer vacation ever, Peter must balance fun with the responsibilities of being Spider-Man.

Peter is excited to start his second year as a student at Horizon High and as a superhero. He discovers Doc Ock wants a second chance.

Spidey must battle a Doctor Octopus super fan.

Spider-Man infiltrates a superstar stunt group known as the Wave Riders to determine what their end game is for their stolen Vulture tech.

Spider-Man teams up with Ms. Marvel to investigate an elite boarding school after its students start displaying out-of-control, super-powered behaviors.

Finally sets up Eddie Brock and his hatred for Peter Parker for stealing his lively hood he breaks into the facility holding the V252 aka Venom the classic spider man nemesis finally getting a proper introduction on the best way possible intimidating Peter in ways no villain in the series has before and giving a justified reason to hate Peter and Spider man prepares to release his vengeance on those he holds most dear in the following episode

Spider-Man is two steps behind as Venom kidnaps key figures in Peter Parker's life. Demanding a face off against Parker, Venom holds them hostage at Horizon High.

When a mysterious villain puts a bounty on Spider-Man's head, he faces new adversaries in Panda-Mania, Hippo and Overdrive.

Anya must step up and embrace being the Spider-Girl; Spider-Man is lured into Mysterio's funhouse and learns that there is a bounty on his head.

Spider-Man faces off against his most bizarre bad guy yet, Jack O'Lantern; he turns Prowler, a reluctant villain, to the side of heroes when he helps him save his brother.

Spidey tracks the identity of the mysterious boss that put a price on his head and who has been sending villains after him.

Spider-Man and Miles Morales discover Doc Ock, whose mind has been hiding inside the metal body of The Living Brain, has been behind the mysterious bounty for Spider-Man's head.

Spider-Man must fight his way through the Super-Villain Holding Facility to challenge The Living Brain, the robot body that is housing the mind of Doctor Octopus.

Gwen Stacy's dormant spider powers return with the use of the Bloodgem creating Ghost Spider.

Now that his consciousness is inside Spider-Man's body, Doctor Octopus takes on the name of Superior Spider-Man as he intends to bring New York to its knees. His new brain still contains memories of Uncle Ben that push him into being a hero despite himself and force him to stop a plan of his own devising even after he accidentally let Hammerhead escape. Specifically, one being carried out by a sprung-out Silver Sable who is planning to set off explosive A.I.M. caches in Central Park.

Superior Spider-Man adjusts to his new life as a hero, finding ways to streamline his methods into a more efficient (albeit less warm) approach like he had with Hammerhead, Silvermane, and Big Wheel. Meanwhile, Sandgirl resurfaces where she starts to unite the henchmen of Hammerhead and Silvermane following Superior Spider-Man defeating their bosses. However, when his methods are challenged by Sandgirl, Miles finds out how far "Spider-Man" is willing to go in the name of justice. Meanwhile, Peter's mind works to survive the virus scan and different deletion processes ...

Superior Spider-Man is confronted by both the Spider Team and the Avengers, all of whom suspect that "Spider-Man" is not who he claims to be.

When Cloak and Dagger emerge to take revenge against Tiberius Stone and his company, Alchemax, Superior Spider-Man must take them down to protect the school.

Superior Spider-Man must face his most challenging opponent yet when Venom escapes from stasis and attacks Midtown High seeking revenge on Peter Parker. But when the villain senses that Superior is not Peter Parker, he threatens to hurt Anna Maria - a new companion Ock has grown close to - making Superior Spider-Man choose whether to give Peter his body back or lose his only friend.

Peter begins getting his life back on track after returning to his good old self thanks to Octavius' sacrifice. When a series of attacks by a suspected team of super villains captures the Avengers, Spider-Man is left to figure out who could be behind it.

Spider-Man takes his mission to the Cellar where he believes Regent is using the powers of Cloak, Dagger, and other super villains to hold the Avengers captive.

Spider-Man must stop the new villain, Slyde, from creating a virus that could wipe out all of New York City.

Spider-Man and Octavius team up with Ghost-Spider and Spider-Girl as they track down a mysterious new threat called the Goblin Nation.

As they seek to find and unmask the Goblin King, Spider-Man suspects that Harry is leading him and their friends into a trap.

Before he can challenge the Goblin King, Spider-Man must first bring together the rest of the Spider Team (Miles, Ghost-Spider, Spider-Girl, Harry and Doctor Octopus).

The Spider Team must stop the Goblin King, now armed with a Goblin Mech Suit, before he destroys New York.
