Reggie Yates takes over as host for the second series of the military training contest. 22 recruits are flown out to South Africa where they will be put through their paces.

The worn out and sleep deprived recruits have their brains and brawn put to the test by an ex Polish GROM lieutenant.

The remaining contestants undergo 48 hours of training by a former master sergeant of the US army's Green Berets. They will undergo gruelling challenges and everyone will be punished for the failure of any member of the group.

Reggie Yates takes the contestants to South Korea to train under an officer from the country's Underwater Demolition Team. Among the challenges they will face is the unusual Thinking Man Position.

The remaining 9 contestants arrive in France where Tana and Toto, former members of GIGN an elite tactical unit of the French police, will take them down a more psychological and tactical route.

The 7 remaining contestants have reached the final and will be put through a series of tests by a former member of the Special Air Service Regiment, if they survive they will face a lone warrior challenge to determine the champion.
