Sicko-Psychotic and the gang relocate the Sick Shack to a cemetery in the middle of Sin City while hosting Bloody Pit of Horror during a flashback.

Sicko and the gang attempt to get Aunt Clarice's comatose body up on the Sick-Shack's roof. After several interruptions and mishaps Evil Tree (ET) finally steps in to help.

With Mr. Nasty's aid, Cameo dabbles in love spells in order to resurrect Aunt Clarice from her coma. During the process he discovers that he has magical abilities and can fly.

While Sicko and Mr. Nasty are up on the Sick Shack's roof changing Aunt Clarice's diaper, Cameo and Silky Harlot avoid the Mail Mummy who is attempting to deliver an eviction notice. Later, it is revealed that Silky is a descendant of the Spider Goddess Teotihuacan and is an Aztec Princess.

Sicko-Psychotic the King of Ghouls and the rest of the cast host a special Halloween music video marathon featuring various musicians and musical numbers. Aunt Clarice and Mama Lilith also return to join in on the fun. Special guests include other spooky TV horror hosts.

While co-hosting the night's shock presentation, Silky Harlot the spider misinterprets Mr. Nasty's intention and is convinced that he is trying to court her.

Because Sicko believes the movie being shown is going to be about gardening, he introduces viewers to his carnivorous plants, Drake and Shade, and the rest of his Haunted Boo-Tanical Garden.
