It's Faith's first day as a trainer, and on top of performance anxiety, she has to deal with a class filled with bizarre characters that can't seem to get along. Throw in the nonsensical distractions of Kingston Leong, a potential investor who's out to drive down the price of the Centre, and you've got a potential meltdown situation. Can Faith survive her first day?

Faith tries to teach the class the importance of dressing well, so as to make a good first impression. However, the students have problems understanding what's appropriate and what's not - Otto's Transformers costume being a Prime example.

As Faith imparts lessons on selling to the class through role-play exercises, Rama desperately tries to make enough money to pay his shop's rent.

Through organizing a performance in class, Lionel learns that managing people isn't as easy as he thought. Too bad he can't apply it to his work, since he just got fired.

The class is tasked to organize a banquet, in order to put their skills to the test. Meanwhile, Mei Ni faces discrimination at work, and Zack tries to convince his son to perform at the banquet.

As Faith tries to teach the class about service recovery, Zainab and Lionel are investigated for a tourist-related mass food-poisoning incident.

As Faith tries to teach her very last lesson before graduation, on the subject of motivation, romantic liaisons and misunderstandings aplenty make everyone hot and bothered.

In the conclusion to the miniseries, Kingston puts his revenge plot into motion. Will he get to fire Faith before the class can graduate? Will Lionel choose graduation or a job interview? And who is Jules, anyway?
