Agent Christophe Choo has VIP clients looking to upgrade from their $5 million Bel Air home to a $10-$12 million property. And, after super agent Valerie Fitzgerald finds a home that meets her buyer's discerning taste, a hiccup with the home inspection threatens the deal.

Agent Kennon Earl jumps at the chance to help his close friend buy a house in Palm Springs, but shopping for houses two hours away proves to be difficult. Valerie Fitzgerald lands the exclusive listing on a newly finished mega mansion, and if she plays her card right, she'll coordinate multiple deals and earn multiple commissions on a luxury property.

An NFL cornerback asks agent Yvonne Arias to find him a home quickly, and work around his demanding training schedule. If successful, she'll earn a $100,000 commission and valuable athlete referrals Meanwhile, agent Katy Landrum must sell a client's home, and find her an acceptable live/work loft to move into. And across town, agent Kofi Natei Nartey discovers selling a $2.9 million estate isn't easy when the owners aren't willing to negotiate.

And Sasha isn't the only celebrity in the neighborhood. Two-time Emmy award winner Michelle Stafford has a home to sell, but in a down market, getting the price she wants is going to prove difficult.

In order to maintain his reputation as the "go to" beach agent, David Solomon needs to lease three premiere units in his client's beachfront property. Failure to fill these beachfront townhomes could tarnish his rep and cost his client big time. Meanwhile agent Steven Aaron, is asked to list a property well over market value, but rather than let his friend and client down, he's devised a plan that will show them the money.

A client challenges agent Rebekah Schwartz to sell her $2 million Marina Del Ray home. If she's successful, she'll give her the listings on her large portfolio of high-end properties around the city. And, a Southern Belle realizes the hundreds of thousands of dollars she spent in renovations didn't result in her dream home. Now she wants VFG agent, Nicole Conteras to come up with a creative way to bring buyers into the home, and get it sold, before she moves back to Texas.

Vanessa Fitzgerald's new clients are longtime friends, who want to buy their first home together. They've lived in LA for a long time, but their modest budget of $800,000 will lead to a challenging search on the affluent West Side of LA. Meanwhile, Victor Kaminoff's sold nearly every home on Kings Road, so when given the opportunity to sell the same home for a FOURTH time, he's determined to keep his wining sales streak alive.

Country singer Grant Langston and his wife Catie are in the market for the perfect pad to raise their growing family. Meanwhile, Kennon Earl needs to stage a home correctly to create a welcoming environment for potential buyers.

South Bay agent Pam Smith gets down to dollars and cents, negotiating multiple deals to quickly sell her developer client's property so he can move on to his next project. And agent Leslie Bega has an uphill battle in front of her. Her clients has an emotional attachment to his dream home, and she'll have to bring in top dollar in order to convince him to sell.

KW agent Steven Aaron helps his friends downsize and sell their property to be able to move to their dream home in Sonoma County. Hilton & Hyland agent Rodrigo Iglesias is challenged to sell the largest residential property in Orange County. If he can market to the "right" buyers he'll sell the dream ranch and make a $645k commission.

Coldwell Banker agent Jason Oppenheim needs to find his clients the perfect property for the right price, while KW Kennon Earl's new client is more concerned with finding a property in the right location. Both will face challenge finding the right balance for their clients.
