Greg lives in the Fremont neighborhood in Seattle, Washington where he lives in a classic Victorian house that he has completely restored. But it's true-to-the period decorations leave potential home buyers feeling that they're in a museum. Roger and Tanya help him make his home more appealing to young buyers.

Jennifer and Darin live in the Arbor Heights neighborhood in west Seattle, Washington. But, they're ready to move to a larger home with their expanding family. Potential home buyers find the home small, cluttered, and unattractive. Tanya and Roger bring their expertise to bring out the home's best features.

Kenny and Michelle are not having any luck selling their house. White walls and floors, family clutter and bad smells turn people away. After painting, cleaning and rearranging everything, the home is warm and stylish.

Airline pilot Phil decides it's time to sell his beach bungalow. Open house comments say it is too dated and dull. Making it look like a tropical resort turn it from drab to fab.

Arthur and Kate are having trouble selling their Society Hill townhouse. People coming thru the open house notice the house is crowded and needs pizzazz. The style goes from dull and dreary to smart and stylish with paint, curtains and moving furniture.

Wally, Laurie and son Allan haven't been able to sell their house. Dated wall paper, pink painted walls in the master bedroom and a bedroom that has no clear purpose turn off potential buyers. A new media room, paint and fabric turn things from old to bold.

Edward has bee trying to sell his Victorian "Painted Lady" for over a year. Even with the killer view of the city. The rooms look too small because there is too much furniture and other ecliptic items in them. The open house people think it is dark and boring and dated. Modern prints on the fabrics and sophisticated paint colors on the walls bring the old together with the new. Removing furniture and pictures take it from cluttered to classy. People love the look the second open house so much he gets three offers and sells the house.
