Maine native and lobster roll expert Sabin Lomac searches for the country's most decadent seaside eats, from a crab cake and bacon grilled cheese in Long Island, NY, to a quadruple patty cheeseburger in Milwaukee, WI.

Sabin lands at Lulu's, a high-class dive run by Jimmy Buffet's sister, Lucy. There, he gets a taste of their Fried Green Tomato Pimento Cheese Burger that melts in your mouth, and a signature southern staple - gumbo. Next, Sabin heads straight for Lucy Bell's on South Carolina's Dafuskie Island, famous for a decadent deviled blue crab and a show-stopping southern fried chicken. Next Sabin heads west to Barrio Dogg, a hotdog stand that brings the heat to San Diego, famous for its Chili Con Carne Dog that packs a three-meat punch, and for its five alarm Bombero Dog ...

Lobster roll expert Sabin Lomac is searching for delicious seaside fare from all over the country. At the Old 27 Grill in Fairhope, Ala., he goes all in for the Holy Cow Burger with creamy au poivre sauce, and he can't leave without trying Bill-E's Chocolate Belly, a mix of chocolate brownie and smoked pork belly with a brown sugar-bourbon glaze. In Key West, he finds Salute on the Beach, a beachfront restaurant serving fresh-daily Yellowtail Snapper Alfredo and a light grouper cake with a few surprises. Sabin enjoys seaside treats from Thin-Fried Catfish in Louisiana and Grilled Cheese in Michigan to a Pork Belly Lobster BLT in Maine and Goat Cheese-Guava Ice Cream in Florida.

Sabin Lomac starts this trip in the historic Fishtown district of Leland, Mich., where he roughs it at the Cove with their summer-fresh Campfire Whitefish and perfect Michigan Cherry Pie that has a secret in ingredient.
