Bicycling through Brancott Estate vineyards; te pa family Vineyards; Pelorus Mail,boat, Mills Bay mussels, the World of Wearable Art Museum, a helicopter ride to the peak of Mount Olympus and Abel Tasman National Park.

Sustainability on the Sonoma coastline; California Carnivorous plants; cider tasting at Devoto Gardens & Orchards and Safari West.

Samantha works her way across the British Virgin Islands as the first mate on a yacht.

Sailing Auckland harbour aboard the 2017 America's Cup winning team New Zealand sailboat; chef Samir Allen ; Auckland area's volcanic and Maori history; Four Shells Kava room and shop; Giapo ice cream; surfing on the black sanded Piha beach.

A road trip to Bar Harbor; Acadia National Park; Bass Harbor; Desert Island, Bass Harbor Head Lighthouse, junk sculpting, Bread Box Bakery, Maine Maritime Museum and Flo's Hot Dogs in Kittery, Maine. Also visiting Tributary Brewing and Chauncey Creek Lobster Pier.

Samantha visits Wynwood Walls and it's colourful street murals, Bon Gout BBQ in Little Haiti, Miami's food scene, Fruit and Spice Park, Cubaocho Museum and Performing Arts Centre which profiles the Cuban art scene, Black Police Precinct and Courthouse Museum and she takes an airboat tour of the Everglades.
