In "Rusty's Rex Rescue", Botasaur saves a young boy who finds himself trapped on top of a junk heap. In "Rusty's Park N' Fly", Crush becomes a daredevil rescue pilot to bring an out-of-control RC plane down safely.

When Mr. Higgins' award goes missing, it's up to the Rusty, Ruby and Botasaur to find it in time for the ceremony. Sammy gets stuck in a cave, and Rusty gets a big idea from a small creature on how to save him.

In "Rusty Dives In", Rusty and the robots must travel underwater to retrieve Ruby's lost tablet. In "Rusty's Big Top Trouble", the team helps repair a circus train before a big show.

When Rusty finds an old pirate's map, he and the gang dig up a lot more than treasure. When the Bits wander into Rusty's parts replicator, the gang winds up with more bits than they bargained for.

When Crush wanders off and gets lost, Rusty invents a night flyer to find him in the dark. When Liam loses his stuffy out the train window, Rusty goes on a retrieval mission using a mechanical spider suit to climb up under the trestle and drop down like a spider to get it.

When the mischevious monkeys escape from their Animal Park enclosure, Rusty must find a way to lead them back. When the town's power goes out after Ruby takes Crush up for a fun plane flight, there's no light!

In "Rusty's Ski Trip Blip", Rusty and the team's ski trip is thwarted by a pile of rocks. In "Rusty and the Camp Bandit", Rusty and Ruby earn their camping badges by saving a trapped opossum.

In "Rusty Rocks", Rusty and the Bits help Ruby overcome her stage fright. In "Rusty's Balloon Blast", Whirly must save the day when Botasaur inadvertently lets a hot-air balloon fly away with a boy inside.

When a rare bird builds his nest in a dangerous location and can't be persuaded to move, Rusty and the gang rebuild his habitat. Rusty and Ruby build a cupcake flinging machine that goes out of control.

Rusty and the gang must get some penguins to the Nature Park on the hottest day of the year.

When the Bits find a satellite crashed in the scrapyard, Rusty has to find a way to get the satellite bit back home to space! Rusty and the gang must move a sick fish to the Nature Park for treatment.

When Rusty accidentally fills a giant beach ball with water instead of air, it's up to the gang to get it to the lake without popping so it doesn't flood the town.

Liam wants to visit an amusement park but when obstacles delay them, Rusty makes Liam his own theme park. Rusty builds a big vacuum to clean up Liam's mess but the megavac starts to suck up too much!

Rusty and Ruby turn Sammy Scoops into Captain Scoops, an ice cream superhero, in order to sell the most ice cream. The kids find the courage to search for a mysterious mythical creature.

Rusty builds rocket skates instead of learning how to skate in 'Rusty Learns to Skate', then in 'Rusty's Rustic Adventure', Liam's toy goes missing in the woods, and Rusty and Ruby join the hunt.

Rusty and Ruby make Ranger Anna a robotic pet in 'Rusty's Mechanical Animal', then in 'Rusty's Spaceship', Rusty builds Liam a spaceship which wreaks havoc on the town.

On a busy day, Officer Carl needs to be in too many places at the same time. On a nature trip, Rusty, Ruby, and Anna discover that a local beaver hasn't been able to repair its dam due to a sore tooth.

When Rusty, Ruby, and Liam build a fort that Botasaur can't fit into, he runs away to make his own fort. Rusty and Ruby help Mr. Higgins fix his broken bulldozer, only to have it cause mayhem all over town.

When the comic book action figures Rusty created for Liam come alive, they behave just like their conquering characters.Sammy and Rusty must get back to town before the yummy flower they picked for Sammy's sorbet turns yucky.

Mr. Higgins wants to go to the town dance, but thinks he's a terrible dancer. So Rusty and Ruby build a suit that dances for him... with unexpected results.Rusty accidentally causes bees to abandon their hive in the Recycling Yard and must lure them back home before they cause problems in town.

Super stinky weeds invade town... but Botasaur thinks they're delicious! Rusty turns Botasaur into an all-terrain vehicle, so his robotic buddy can track all the stinkweeds down and eat them before they spread even more. Rusty turns Botasaur into the ultimate beach day gadget, but Rusty can't get to the beach to play with him because they keep stopping to help friends in need.

Rusty builds a robot version of himself, so he can do two things at once. But when Robo-Rusty gets carried away and builds a giant robot out of playground equipment, Rusty must save the day.Rusty and Ruby build a robotic buddy for Botasaur, a Kittybot! But when Botasaur accidentally scares her away, Rusty and Ruby must track her down to reconcile their two giant robotic pets.
