Mac, Mary and Lee are trapped inside a building, with the menace surrounding them on all sides. Desperation is building. They need water; they need to get away. But how?

The helicopter has crashed, and UN official Blanche Lancaster finds herself badly injured and taken in at a strange place by an even stranger (and suspicious) farmer and his young assistant.

Pvt. Barbara Romero Macready wanders a lonely, desolate town and finds a kindred spirit in a wounded fellow survivor.

Danger closes in after our group takes refuge in an abandoned building. But one of them has been lost, and perhaps another is about to be.

Based on Dr. Sworski's claims, our group of survivors tries a desperate ploy to escape a horde closing in on them.
