Kate and Bodhi have a one night stand that doesn't end well. Bodhi counsels his half-sister, Gwen, on the possible end of her marriage. Kate and her best friend Phoebe meet Campbell at the local bar.

Gil hooks up with Sarah - which leads to a difficult conversation with his ex, Phoebe.

Kate her German fling, Bernd, hook up in the stairwell and coat room of the local bar, then have a combustive reunion with Phoebe.

Campbell attempts a challenge with Gwen, while Gil vacillates about a similar risk with Joe.

Phoebe attempts to take Kate's advice - with Bodhi.

Kate asks Campbell to meet up again, but not for what he thinks.

When Bodhi sees Phoebe again, nobody is quite sure what the rules are - but that doesn't stop them from having opinions about it.

Gwen orchestrates a confrontation.

One of Kate's German chickens comes home to roost, which offers a surprising opportunity for Gil.

What starts out Gil looking at art with his best friend Milo turns into a dissection of of not just their entire relationship, but the integrity of their characters as well.

Kate and Phoebe's friendship takes an important turn.
