Ashton Kutcher and his team set up practical jokes on various celebrities. Starting with Frankie Muniz when Ashton and his hidden camera crew trick Frankie into thinking that his car has been stolen. Next, Kutcher tricks Justin Timberlake into thinking that his entire house has been repossessed by the IRS. Lastly, Kutcher sends eight-year-old Ryan Pinkston to a red carpet event to randomly ask the latest celebrities the most sordid questions.

Ashton Kutcher and his crew trick Eliza Dushku into thinking she's getting arrested for shoplifting from a local retail store. Next, Mandy Moore is made to believe that she's helping a man restore his trailer home for MTV's Crib Crashers, and to have the trailer destroyed. Lastly, Clarance is tricked into thinking that he's set up to box with boxing champ Oscar De La Hoya.

Dax Shepard has a blast as shopper practicing the stark-naked 'European fitting ways' he supposedly adopted on an army base in Germany, to the distress of prudish Jessica Alba, who lured to to 'pick free cloths'. Tom Arnold supposedly entrusts his wayward son Ryan to a girl naive enough to believe she was engaged on the spot as Ashton's second personal assistant. Vintage cars amateur Wilmer Valderrama is tricked to believe his prize acquisition is grossly vandalized.

Ryan Pinkerton again strikes out on the red carpet to ask the most dumb and incredulous questions to celebrity passer-bys. Next, Justin Timberlake assists Ashton with the Punking of Kelly Osborne into thinking she's being set up by career consultants for her own reality show. Lastly, Ashton and his crew set up a group of locksmiths by swindling them of their keys.

Ashton's team trick Backstreet Boy Kevin Richardson and Real World: Las Vegas performer, Trishelle, into entering a security detail outside a building to test their tempers. Next, Seth Green is led to gambling casino where Ashton and his crew stage what appears to be a police raid on an illegal casino. Lastly, Ashton's crew impersonate inept tattoo artists to a young couple seeking to get matching tattoos.

Ryan plays a fearless fan who is first unceremoniously abandoned by his father with Jessica Biel and her dinner date Eric Balfour, then 'convinces' daddy her alleged abuse (at least verbally) warrants judicial pursuit. 98 Degrees' Nick Lachey, Jessica Simpson's husband, puts up a gentlemanly fight when beleaguered by her alleged distant Texan relatives, played by Dax and Ryan again, who apparently try to extort money under threat of squatting against the fancy neighborhood's home owners association rules.

A Punk'd team standing in for studio security submits Jackass star Wee Man to absurdly strict metal detector control, and even Jack Osbourne, who fell earlier for a similar scam, actually drops trou while abused for supposed 'attitude'. Stephen Dorff politely acknowledges a supposed super-fan from Philadelphia who keeps shouting his party drinks, only to be stuffed with the $8,000 bill, then just as gentlemanly leaves without paying the excess. Ashton's fictitious Nevada Department of racketeering and her partner (in cahoots), Carey Hart, set up Pink with fake papers ...

Rosario Dawson is Punk'd when she gets taken for a wild ride by the Punk'd crew in a limousine and gets involved in a hit-and-run. Next, Britney Spears joins Ashton in attempting to Punk'd Busta Rhymes, which turns into the Punk'd crew trying to 'Punk' Ashton, only to have the tables turned on them. Lastly, the Punk'd crew individually Punks NFL players Jerome Bettis, Jeff Garcia, and Rod Smith with a staged TV interview about their plays.
