Having been arrested for the murder of Agent Knox, Ghost faces threats from multiple angles. The feds begin to build their case and Tasha scrambles to get bail. Tommy gets used to his new role and enlists help in recovering Tariq.

Proctor works to protect his client as Ghost faces harassment; the team discusses its strategy for taking down St. Patrick; Tommy struggles to let go of his old duties; Tasha talks to the children about what is going on.

Tommy executes a plan to divert the attention of prosecutors; Teresi begins a blackmail scheme after learning information about Ghost; Tariq seeks out Kanan.

Mak brings Angela back onto the prosecution team where she comes face-to-face with Tasha; Julio struggles to manage the primeras below him and Tommy's behavior; Tariq continues running with Kanan.

Silver warns Ghost that Tasha may have to testify; Angela tries to find a way to stop the prosecution after she learns of Ghost's innocence; Teresi has new plans for Ghost.

Returning to his nightclub, Ghost finds himself trapped in a new business venture. Tommy escapes to Chicago for a meeting that takes a turn. With Ghost released, Jukebox and Kanan revisit their plan to hold Tariq ransom.

When tragedy befalls the St. Patrick family, Ghost and Tommy seek retribution. Tasha tries to keep things together at home until she realizes it will be on her to prevent further disaster, causing her to seek help from an unlikely ally.
