Dolores has to prove to her dad that she is responsible enough to adopt a puppy, so she becomes a delivery girl for his newspaper. The Pound Puppies investigate why her deliveries are taking long, so they can match her to her perfect pup.

A puppy named Buttercup looks so identical to the latest toy sensation, Cuddle Up Buttercup, that kids think that she is really toy. The Pound Puppies scramble to find her perfect person before she gets nabbed.

British Pound Puppy agent Bondo arrives at Shelter 17 in his flying car. While playing in the car, the Super Secret Pup Club set off the controls and fly to London.

The Pound Puppies sneak into a museum to place Millie with Amelia, the curator's granddaughter. Niblet and Squirt then run into a revived cat mummy named Meowtuhotep.

The Pound Puppies are ready to place Puddles with his perfect person, but Puddles isn't housebroken yet. They try various ways to potty-train him, but his person Sam may have the solution.

Two of Patches' old friends tease him for hanging out with girl pups.

Lucky comes up with this ingenious plot to get a handful of pups adopted but doesn't tell the whole plot to his team. While the plan goes into action, something goes wrong, and Strudel's machine winded up zapping Lucky in the head causing him to act like a moron. Now, Niblet has a new friend in Lucky while the others try as fast as they can to get Lucky back to normal.

The Pound Puppies trick Agatha into taking her yacht out for a cruise so they can get Solo to his new owner, but Solo is not interested; he just wants to go adventuring. They wind up getting stranded on an uncharted island. Agatha, Olaf and McLeash go on the island to find help, Solo goes off to find adventure on the island, the Pound Puppies go to look for Solo. They later find out there is an active volcano on the island and must hurry to get off.
