Postman Pat takes a party of Greendale residents to Ingledale in the new Royal Mail post bus.

There is a hole in the road near Thompson Ground and Pat gets confused with all the diversions put in place

Garner Hall is being opened to the public, but Miss Hubbard is having difficulties coming up with the history of the house. Meanwhile, Ted Glen gets stuck in a suit of armour.

Pat breaks his glasses after shoving a huge parcel on the post office counter. Ted decides to help him deliver the post but however Pat gets confused and gets stuck in Alf Thompson's barn

Pat tries to paint Granny Dryden's ceiling, however he ends up getting paint all over his trousers. So he ends up doing his postal rounds in a pair of shorts

There has been a sudden increase on the amount of parcels arriving at the post office and Pat is finding it hard to cope. So Ted invents a postal scooter which causes even more problems

Pat hurts his back after doing some weeding and is unable to take the post, so his wife Sara offers to do it instead

Pat has been struggling with sleep and there is loads of post to deliver. So Ted decided to invent a robot postman to give Pat a break. But it all goes wrong when the robot race is out of control and get stuck in Alf Thompson's field
