A young man who considers himself the prophet Elias prevents an abortion by cutting the baby from the pregnant woman's belly. The young Larissa is in mortal danger. The commissioners go in search of the apparently religiously confused man.

When trying to protect a woman, Nadja Flemming, from two harassers, Katrin König is beaten by them. She is also under pressure professionally: the serial offender Guido Wachs, whom she has put behind bars with manipulated evidence, tries to blackmail her. König is supposed to help him get back in touch with his wife or he accuses her of her offense. A little later, Nadja Flemming is found stabbed with a knife.
