Detective Reese Perrymen returns to Pleasant Falls to find that many things have change since she was last at her hometown. Nancy and Denise Grillo are newcomers to Pleasant Falls and they quickly are greeted by some locals. And Jessica Rose, a local college student, is mysteriously in a coma. Welcome to Pleasant Falls.

Penny Walker and Dr. Terry Mitchell have a long needed talk about what she's done in her past. A funeral for two beloved children of Pleasant Falls. Someone from Dr. Mitchell's past returns. And Pleasant Falls loses another resident as The Black Hat Man strikes again.

Jillian Vargas's secret is revealed. Marsha Roberts mourns a major loss and the community of Pleasant Falls joins her. Dr. Mitchell is adjusting to having a former partner back in his life. The Black Lotus welcome a new member.

Dr. Terry Mitchell makes a house call for a friend. Nancy, Denise, Joy, Cathy and the others search for answers about The Black Hat Man when they go to a local psychic. A secret group of hunters called The Order arrives in Pleasant Falls. Hopefully they will be the help the town needs.

It's Halloween in Pleasant Falls and Tracy Hyland is hosting her annual Day of the Dead party. The mysterious Black Lotus group has made their appearance on this holiday and they have set their master plan in motion. Detective Reese Perrymen has a meeting with Dr. Terry Mitchell looking for answers.

The town of Pleasant Falls is shaken after the attack from The Black Lotus. Most of the survivors gather at the Mitchell house while everyone regroups and figures out what to do next. Dr. Terry Mitchell journeys back to the In-Between to see an old friend. The Black Lotus continues their plan to take over Pleasant Falls and Jessica Rose finally wakes up.
