To test a PlaWrestler Juohmaru, Sanshiro challenges a Japan's national PlaWrestling champion, Gendou Kurosaki, to an unofficial match.

Gendou Kurosaki requests a rematch (death match) in Georama after losing from Sanshiro who took advantage of damage Kurosaki's PlaWrestler, Mad Hurricane in first match.

After harsh defeat by Kurosaki, and without right situation to fight since Sanshiro is absent minded, faces a strong opponent with reinforced body, called Majin, unlike Juohmaru's weak body.

A rich lazy boy Sanshiro meets a poor athlete Rocky, One of the amatuer fighters, is a Sunday champion, who has a high fighting spirit but uses a non reinforced robotic fighter controled by cheap computer system.

A show off boy Sanshiro Sugata underestimates a Lightweight hybrid robot (Mosquito) operated by Maikon No Gen who follows the principle (Flexibility is stronger than stiffness).

A female modeler, Maki, gets close to Sanshiro charming him to reveal Juohmaru's weak point.

To be a member of JPWA, Sanshiro must pass two tests, demonstration and technical, but getting harder in the finale against tough PlaWrestler Iron Fighter controlled by Modeler Mad-Cross.

Only five days left until the regional elimination tournament while Sanshiro's still thinking about strengthen Juohmaru body by using Arashiyama Ceramics.

In the finale Open weight tournament against his fierce rival Kurosaki (with his PlaWrestler Mad Hurricane), Sanshiro misprograms the new Juohmaru body with its circuits by decreasing power supply to the passion circuit.

A mysterious woman, who always spies on Sanshiro, encourages an American amateur modeler, Bill Thomas with his PlaWrestler Blue Hawaii, to fight Juohmaru.

TV station invites Sanshiro instead of Mr. Kurosaki to exhibition match against an unexpected brutal modeler, Calderon de Partes and his high-tech PlaWrestler El Matador, Will Kurosaki allow this opponent to destroy His rival Juohmaru?

Veteran soldier, Tiger, who fought in vietnam war, relying on the element of surprise aims to destroy PlaWrestlers, including Juohmaru, by controlling killer robotic Stardust.

Finally realized he was targeted, Sanshiro Sugata, after gathering with his friendly rival, Mr. Narita, reveals the conspiracy by a mysterious woman, Sheila Misty to prevent him to connect with PlaWrestler community.

Sanshiro aims to make Juohmaru a national champion. In final qualifiers, fights an extraordinary armored robot Ganchanko, while on other hand Narita's Ikarus Wing and Kurosaki's Mad Hurricane are fighting.

While Bai Long applying Kung-Fu techniques on Hiryu's fighting style, Sanshiro uses Judo techniques. Sheila Misty prepared the unwilling chance of encounter.

With a little help of Sheila Misty, Modelers Maikon No Gen and Satoru Sasamoto teamed up to get revenge on Sanshiro by trapping Juohmaru in Georama city unless fights Mosquito and Majin separately.

Romanian rhythmic gymnast Vanessa Swart, has a unique PlaWrestler Pretty Rosa by whom expressing her personality, challenges Sanshiro who decides accordingly to change mechanic parts of Juohmaru to fight smoothly without taking advice of his mechanical friend Tetsuya.

Juohmaru must be beaten before Asian tournament, so the chairman of WPWA, Sheila Misty's boss, sent a special modeler, Dr. Keel Valmore from California, who operates a high advanced robot Big Bang with auto-control system.

With broken hopes on the hand of Big Bang, Sanshiro invented an electronic device, wrist band, to develop the communication with Juohmaru upgraded with auto-control system which Dr. Warmer provided.

The battle of Juohmaru and Big Bang continues on old factory site. After that, Sanshiro looked at PlaWrestling from another perspective.

A NASA scientist Augustus Medius tricking Sanshiro to bring Juohmaru into Zero Gravity field where to be destroyed by worker robot Asteroid in exchange for supporting the science financially by WPWA.

Sanshiro wants to prove to his rival Narita that he is neither belongs to the fighting team nor to the hobby team, in same time conflicts with Kurosaki's experimental robot (Death Trap) equipped with linear system to destroy Juohmaru before Asian tournament.

Sanshiro aims to win the Asian tournament, while there is strong upcoming opponent from India, Mr. Madara, with his deadly robot The Yoga.

Hobby-type plawrestlers are destroyed by an executioner robot (The Devil) during the crisis with fighting-types, then kidnapped Ikarus Wing until Juohmaru shows up.

A serious threat awaits Sanshiro by a self-sufficient robot capable of talking, called (Great America) has Artificial Intelligence, owned by American champion in boxing, Crazy Roger.

Sanshiro travels to U.S.A at the invitation of Dr. Warmer to study the technologies used in miniature robots to help the disabled through the development of biochip.

While Sanshiro entered the battle under duress against Western buffalo, couldn't fight properly without Wristlet
