Shipwrecked and split up, Pete's rag-tag crew fears the worst. They meet new friends, new enemies, and continue their search for the Queen's Maps.

Pete and Grace team up with One Eyed Bill; Eva sends Jane and Finch to do some reconnaissance to find information about Pete's whereabouts. Instead, they run into a mysterious woman who shares a history with Pete and Carmen.

Pete, Grace and Bill plan to infiltrate the lair of the vicious Crimsons. Meanwhile, Jane and Finch reluctantly choose to set sail with Skyler, leaving Eva to fend for herself from behind bars.

Pete and Grace come face to face with the debonair Captain Crimson and his crew, to gain information regarding the Queen's third map.

Skyler bonds with Jane and Finch, fitting Finch's missing hand with a "special prosthetic". Pete, Grace and Bill continue their escape of Crimson Island. Eva explores a mysterious island, meeting some familiar faces along the way.

Eva learns from Remy the truth behind the Queen's maps. Meanwhile, Jane, Finch and Skyler help rescue Pete, Grace and Bill from the pursuing Crimsons.

Eva and Remy discuss their new fleet's battle plan. Jane and Finch disguise as a Guard Captain and his assistant to infiltrate the Queen's castle where Pete, Grace and Bill are held captive by the evil Queen herself.

Jane and Finch reunite with Eva as she leads Remy and the fleet of Uglies in storming the Queen's haven. Meanwhile, Pete and the Queen cross swords in the ultimate showdown. Season 2 Finale.
