Pam returns to Vancouver Island to begin a renovating her sprawling property, starting with the 'Roadhouse' laundry room and pantry. Before beginning, Pamela needs to organize over 600 pairs of shoes and all her designer dresses.

Roadhouse renovations get complicated when nature-loving Pamela doesn't want to cut down any tree branches to clear way for construction, and her designer Francesca and assistant Jonathan butt heads over the design of a garden path.

Pamela begins to worry that she and her team are not on the same page with regard to her vision for the project.

Pamela's team are under strict instructions not to disturb a single precious pumpkin during her Rose Garden renovations.

Pamela's dream to turn the Boathouse into an artistic masterpiece hits a big obstacle so she puts the team to work on some other projects on her property.

It's a race against time to complete the renovation of the guest cabin before Pamela's brother arrives for a visit.

Work on the historic waterfront pier Pamela hopes to restore is delayed. So work begins on the Roadhouse's kitchen with Pamela insisting on a Christmas deadline. The construction is takes a toll on her personal life.

While Pamela is away in New York, the restoration project on her historic waterfront pier begins. When she returns to Canada, will she be happy with the end result?
