The Wests are in shock, when Judd arrives one morning and arrests Loretta. Wolf is convinced in his daughter's innocence and that this is Judd's attempt to get at him. Meanwhile Munter is jumped by a pack of Tongans who gave him 24 hours to return the money, which Munter doesn't have. Draska's got them, but someone stole them from her as well. While Loretta is wondering who sang everything to the cops, Jethro points at Wolf who might be the guilty party regarding the money.

Van has difficulties figuring out how Draska could be carrying his child, when they were safe each time they were together. Munter is on the case and while trying to grasp Draska's scheme, he also has the responsibility to keep Van away from Draska at all costs. Hoochie Mama is a success but it's not making any profits. Mrs Doslic wants to invest in the company but Cheryl is quite reluctant and is trying to get a bank loan. That option goes to hell thanks to Wolf.
