After a two year delay due to the pandemic, the Osborne Head and Neck Foundation is finally headed to Guatemala City to participate in a humanitarian aide mission. The teams are divided into two groups, the medical and the impact team. The medical team will be providing free head and neck surgery to the people of Guatemala while the impact team will be renovating and restoring some recreational facilities at a children's orphanage an hour away. In one week, the medical team must complete some difficult surgeries while the impact team must finish the renovations.

Shelley is a nurse practitioner from Charlotte, North Carolina. After having an unsuccessful rhinoplasty that left Shelley with a hole in the septum of her nose, Shelley, travels from Charlotte to Los Angeles to have a septal perforation repair surgery with Dr. Jason Hamilton.

In March of 2020, the world faced a global pandemic. As borders were being shut down due to the spread of the coronavirus, Salvador travels from Mexico to have a bilateral parotidectomy.

Kevin, an information security consultant by day, and a racing enthusiast by night suffers from Eagle's Syndrome. Kevin has experienced terrible neurological symptoms and seeks a way to feel whole again. Having gone to Dr. Osborne to remove the styloid process on one side, he returns to have surgery on the other side.
