Photographer Thomas Veil finds his life is erased overnight because of a picture he took of an execution.

Mistaken for the doctor who erased his identity, Thomas Veil is brought to a clinic run by the people chasing him -- and asked to break a woman who also knows too much.

Traveling to Georgia in search of the vehicle in his photograph, Thomas comes across a young boy whose psychic powers offer insight into Veil's problems.

Veil is captured and implanted with memories of a life with another woman.

Thomas is lured to an apparently idyllic community composed of people like himself who have had their identities erased.

While tracking down information about a friend, Veil discovers a television show that parallels his life.

Veil befriends a reclusive computer genius who offers to help Thomas find out more about what happened to him.

Veil goes undercover at an elite boarding school where the students are being subjected to subliminal programming.

Veil meets a jaded fellow fugitive from the Organization who is preparing to kill himself.

Veil avoids the operatives of the conspiracy to retrieve the FBI's case file on the mysterious organization that erased him. Veil learns from the file that an FBI operative named "Gemini" was investigating the conspiracy and compiled the FBI dossier. Taking refuge in Gemini's last known safe house in Virginia, Veil discovers the original untouched negative of "Hidden Agenda".
