When Dave Choice arrives at work and learns that his company has gone under, he deals with the aftermath of finding a decent job in a tough economy. After being offered only one opportunity, he soon considers it when he realizes he must support his family, even if the job is against his will.

Dave Choice adjusts to his new job and co workers, as well as Angie becoming the breadwinner of the house.

When Niecy suspects Dave of being up to go good she goes on the hunt to find out what he really does for a living.

Following a run in with the law, Dave second guesses his obligation to work for Dolla.

After Angie runs into her ex high school flame who has now become a successful entrepreneur, Dave's will to provide for his family is tested when the man offers him a good job with his company.

Dave prepares for a great job interview as Grandma Verna temporarily moves in with the family. Meanwhile, Dolla introduces a new employee to the team much to the dismay of the other guys.

When Dave forgets an important day to Angie, she forces him to attend couples therapy...which later backfires when the therapist isn't what Angie expected.

After Angie and the kids abruptly move out, Dave imagines what his life would be like without his family.
